Helping kids be kids
At Kinetic Kids WA, we provide compassionate, experienced support for children with complex disabilities and medical needs, from birth to 18 years old. Our team has extensive experience working with children with Cerebral Palsy, rare diseases, and sensory disabilities such as vision or hearing impairments. We love the challenge of finding creative solutions, especially when it comes to equipment prescription - no equipment needs are too tricky for us! Whether through early intervention or ongoing therapy, we work closely with families and healthcare providers, including paediatricians and medical and allied health teams, to ensure that each child receives the best possible support to thrive. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality, family-centred, evidence-based therapy services.
Real-world, evidence based therapy

Early Intervention
Our early intervention services support infants and young children, helping them build essential skills during critical developmental stages. Through play-based, family-focused therapy, we nurture confidence and build family capacity, ensuring children reach their potential from the very beginning.

Complex Disability Support
We provide tailored therapy for children with complex disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy, rare diseases, and sensory impairments. Our experienced team works with families to address each child’s unique needs, empowering them to achieve meaningful goals and participate fully in daily life.

Community-based Therapy
With our mobile service, we bring therapy to your child’s natural environments - home, school, daycare, or even the local park. You name it, we’ll be there! Based in Booragoon, we serve families across Perth Metro, making therapy accessible, flexible, and convenient for your family.

Centre-Based Therapy
Community-based therapy doesn’t suit everyone. For families who prefer an in-clinic setting, we offer therapy sessions at our Booragoon centre. Located at 4/557 Marmion St, our clinic provides a welcoming environment for children to engage in therapy, just across from Garden City.

Regional Therapy Services
We proudly support families in regional Western Australia through home visits and telehealth. Our regional services include functional assessments and therapy sessions, providing families with reliable, high-quality support no matter where they are located.

Clinical Supervision
We are passionate about sharing our extensive knowledge and experience with complex disabilities, including vision and hearing impairments with other professionals. We are able to provide supervision online to professionals across Australia! If you are looking for clinical supervision, please get in contact with us!

The Kinetic Kids WA therapy roadmap
We start by getting to know you through an online referral form or a phone call. During this step, we gather initial information about your child’s needs and discuss how we can help.
We meet with you in a location that’s convenient for you - whether it’s your home, a café, or our clinic. In this one-hour session, we determine if we’re a good fit, assess your child’s needs, and set goals to create a tailored therapy plan - free of charge!
This stage focuses on building strong relationships with your child and family. We work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of your child’s support are optimised. At this stage we review current equipment and establish priorities.
We provide goal-specific interventions, assess equipment needs and provide prescriptions. We offer training to families, empowering you to support your child’s development and make referrals to appropriate services if required.
Every six months, we review your child’s progress, set new goals, and adjust the therapy plan as needed to ensure that we can keep celebrating the wins.
We evaluate the next steps - whether it’s continuing therapy, transitioning to other services, or celebrating and concluding our work together.
Kinetic Kids WA acknowledges the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation as the traditional owners of the land on which we work, learn and grow, and pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging.
